Hi-BITS coordinator featured on a national TV prime-time special report on photovoltaics

Hi-BITS coordinator - INL, was featured on SIC TV national channel during prime-time in “Futuro Hoje” - a science and technology special report that runs weekly.
SIC correspondent, Lourenço Medeiros, delved into the work developed at INL on renewable energies, particularly on photovoltaics.

At Hi-BITS, we are committed to changing the European photovoltaic ecosystem by developing a new device architecture, targeting 25% power conversion efficiency.

The coordinator of the consortium, Sascha Sadewasser, states: "Our role within the Hi-BITS project at INL is to develop a novel type of semi-transparent photovoltaics that aims at enabling the windows of any building to be energy-harvesting surfaces".
